The Permian Basin Petroleum Association Community Affairs Committee (CAC) is a standing PBPA committee reporting to the PBPA Board of Directors. The CAC’s mission is to engage west Texas and southeast New Mexico community stakeholders (elected officials, regulatory agencies, citizens, business partners); to advocate and garner support for Permian Basin oil and gas operators; and to ensure that we proactively address and minimize potential concerns.
